Before using the product for the first time, it is recommended to expel a short stream of mist. To flush and irrigate the nasal passages, tilt your head to the side over a sink and insert the nozzle into one nostril. Depress the textured area at the base of the nozzle, allowing a gentle mist to fill the sinus passages and flow out of the nostrils. Repeat this process in the other nostril. It is advised to use the product at bedtime.

The product is suitable for use by both adults and children aged 2 and older. To moisten dry nasal passages, insert the nozzle into one nostril and briefly press down on the textured area at the base of the nozzle, allowing a mist to gently coat the nasal passages. Repeat this process in the other nostril.
